Motoring Law

The staff in our motoring law department have a wealth of experience in driving offences, ranging from speeding all the way up to motor homicide.

At Brian Jackson & Co, Solicitors, we treat every case individually and we know how important your licence is to you.

If you have received a ticket, a ‘Notice of Intended Prosecution’ or the police want to speak to you, contact us as soon as possible.  We will then discuss the matter with you.

For more serious motoring matters you may qualify for legal aid.  However, most motoring matters will not pass the threshold to qualify for legal aid.  When you speak to you we will let you know the likely funding situation.
